"Assessment of the Capabilities of Long-Range Guided-Wave Ultrasonic Inspections"
Mr. Galbraith will be bringing to the Houston Section his wealth of experience in the corrosion business as he reviews the history, progress and use of guided wave ultrasonic inspections. Covered areas will be the limits of this technology and some of the real world situations in which it can and can not work.
Mr. Galbraith, of Conoco Phillips, brings to Houston his many years experience in the oil field and his candid assessment of this technology. An opportunity for members to ask questions about this sometimes difficult, challenging and worthwhile technology will be provided after the talk.
